Starting where you are, with who you are, and with what you have . . . and like Dorothy and her ruby slippers, you will soon find out that you do have everything you need for this journey. What is Chiron International about? Our teaching/learning community is modeled after the Asclepian healing centers of ancient Greece. There, seekers received much more than counsel, but sought healing through theater, comedy, music, physical activity and more! Add to this the perspectives of science, diverse cultures, world history, artwork, reflection and story, and you’ll have the elements that vitalize Chiron International! The program is both experiential and experimental. We explore realms of psyche and spirit, of art and play. We empower one another. Exercise and processes involve work in the physical, psychological, mythic and spiritual realm, work that serves to activate more of our extraordinary, human potentials. The work we will do will be exhilarating, frequently hilarious, often chaotic, certainly stimulating, and always playful. Its purpose is to transcend our daily lives to make space for the extraordinary that lies untapped yet encoded within each of us.
